Mercedes-Benz
specialists.
We are the only Mercedes-Benz certified independent repair facility in the English-speaking Caribbean. The same factory software, the same training pipeline, the same diagnostic standards as the dealer — at a fraction of the dealer rate.
There is no other Mercedes-Benz certified independent shop between Miami and Trinidad. Verify it with the dealer.
On gray-market vehicles.
Mercedes-Benz no longer supports parallel-import or "gray-market" vehicles through the official dealer network in our region. If your Mercedes was not imported through the franchise channel, the dealer can no longer service it.
We can. Because we hold independent certification, we have access to the same factory data, the same parts catalog by VIN, and the same diagnostic procedures — for any Mercedes, regardless of its import history.
If you've been turned away or quoted "we can't help with that car," bring it to us. We almost certainly can.
Not a specialist. Certified.
"Mercedes specialist" is a phrase any shop can put on a sign. Certification is a different thing. It means our facility, our tooling, our processes, and our technicians have all been formally evaluated by Mercedes-Benz and meet the standard required to perform service work outside the dealer network.
If your Benz is doing this, we know why.
These are the failures we see most often on Mercedes-Benz vehicles in our climate. If your symptoms match any below, we almost certainly have the parts and the procedure ready.
Airmatic suspension failure
722.9 7G-Tronic shift quality
Balance shaft / timing chain (M272 · M273)
Mass airflow / crank position sensor
AdBlue / DEF system (diesel)
Active Body Control (ABC)
Everything the dealer does. Same standard.
"After three other shops missed it, they pulled the actual fault code from the air suspension module in fifteen minutes. Fixed and back on the road in two days. This is what proper diagnostic equipment looks like."
